Want to learn a new technique in fabric dyeing? Well here is your chance!! 
In this workshop we will be learning the fabric dyeing technique called Cyanotype. Cyanotype fabric printing is an early photographic technique that produces vibrant blue prints on fabric. It was developed in the mid-1800s and involves a chemical reaction when the fabric is exposed to sunlight. 
 
In this workshop you will be recieveing 1 TShirt, and 1 Canvas Bag and some canvas patches ( you are welcome to bring your own garments to dye as well.)
 
Schedule
10:00am - Arrival
10:15am - Prep and Dyeing
11:00 am - Coffee break while the dye dries
11:20am - Place stencils, flowers or designs on garments
12:15pm- Lunch snack
12:30pm- Rinse and hang to dry
1:15pm- clean up
1:30pm- home
